Hi. This was a fun weekend. It helps me focus on God and Jesus when we can take time out and make time to learn together. I wasn't sure about giving up the van to Pastor Diana, and that changed things a bit, but everything worked out fine. I am glad to be home tonight though with Aly and Bryson, cause I miss then when we can spend our weekends away.
I think everyone got the bookmarks with the lambs on them to help to remind us to be Roaring lambs and not bleating sheep, but I still have a few left. Thanks for a great weekend and I will see ya at church! <><

Well some really good things... One- Last Sunday, Will Hindman committed his life to Jesus. Awesome! I have been speaking with him and so has Pastor Dianna so that is a big answer to prayer... Michael Stepp is very close to doing the same... we got interupted tonight, but he want to do it this weekend as well. WHOO HOO! So God is doing some cool things in our church and group.
I am excited about our Wednesday night group. Some really good questioning and sharing. There seems to be a different attitude and I think that is going to be a time of great growth.. not in numbers, but spiritually. Good stuff.
And we do have a few to pray for... The Draffen's, activities of the group, and I will say Taylor and leave it at that. I am here for you bro... know that. Hope everyone has a good rest of the week and I will see everyone at church! <><

Sorry, but cough, cough, it was announced in the bulletin today and I felt that it was important to support our three youth who were profession their faith in Christ and being baptized tonight (which was moved from 3:00 to 6:30 to accomadate family of those youth who were traveling to be there).
Speaking of that, we had a great turn out by youth and the church as a whole. It is an awesome thing when we can come together in moments like these to encourage and stregthen not only the youth making the commitment, but those of us in attendance. The three who professed their belief in Christ tonight were Drew and Morgan Sears and Ben McGee. Awesome! Let's encourage these three as they begin the journey! <><
The concert was great... I am big Plumb fan now. I was pretty much blown away by the sound and Plumb's voice. I am going out to get Beautiful Lumps of Coal. I was going to complain about things that I didn't like about the concert, but Pastor D's sermon today made me think twice (it was about criticism). Looking forward to this week's "Conversation" and the retreat next weekend. <><
